The 8-step process

1. To treat and shield the air-conditioning units and air vents. This is a process of sanitising the cooling coils and drip trays making sure that the air coming out of the units is pure and clean. The shield is applied preventing any further build up of polluted particles. The units will run more efficiently saving you energy.

2. Our UVC lights are designed to strip the DNA from the dust mite. The creature cannot then reproduce and a powerful HEPA vacuum extracts the debris from the furniture and mattresses.

3. The first application of a two-stage microbial treatment is applied to the ceilings, walls, doors, furniture and all surfaces. The product uses a mechanical action for maximum material penetration.

4. The showerhead is replaced with a copper/zinc filter that extracts chlorine, lead and other unwanted substances that may affect people who are sensitive to chemicals.

5. We then apply the second stage microbial shield to ceilings, walls, doors furniture and surfaces. The shield forms a molecular bond to the surface preventing micro-organisms from carrying on their life process.

6. High quality hypoallergenic mattress and pillow encasements are provided ensuring extra protection. All towels and linen are washed hypoallergenically.

7. A state of the art air purification system is installed. This Class 2 medical device will completely change the air up to 8 times per hour, taking care of any leftover particles and keeping the room’s air quality up to 99% pure.

8. Finally, we install eucalyptus essential oil in the air conditioning unit. The oil is a natural disinfectant and research has shown that the essence can be a repellant to dust mites.

The whole process is repeated every four months. All filters are replaced and the room is ready for use.
